Ordering & Account

Our MOQ varies by product and printing method:

  • Blank Apparel: Minimum 100 pieces mix size/color
  • Screen Printing: Minimum 100 pieces per design
  • DTF Printing: No minimum - order as few as 1 piece
  • DTG Printing: No minimum - order as few as 1 piece
  • Embroidery: Minimum 100 pieces per design

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Order modifications and cancellations are subject to our production status:

  • Before production starts: Free cancellation and modifications
  • During production: Modifications may incur additional fees
  • After production: Cancellations not accepted, but we can discuss solutions

Yes! We offer sample orders so you can evaluate our product quality and printing before committing to bulk orders. Sample pricing differs from bulk pricing, but sample costs can often be credited toward your first bulk order. Request samples through our contact form or by calling us directly.

Pricing & Payments

Yes! We offer competitive volume discounts with tiered pricing:

  • 10-99 pieces: Standard pricing
  • 100-500 pieces: 5-10% discount
  • 500-1999 pieces: 10-20% discount
  • 2000+ pieces: 20%+ discount

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer) - for large orders
  • Company Checks (US customers only)

For international orders, bank transfer is recommended to avoid high transaction fees. Payment terms available for established customers with good credit history.

No, we believe in transparent pricing. Your quote will include all costs:

  • Product cost (blank apparel)
  • Printing/embroidery fees
  • Setup fees (if applicable)
  • Standard shipping within continental US

Additional charges may apply for rush orders, special shipping methods, or complex design requirements. These will always be clearly stated in your quote.

Yes, we offer net payment terms for qualified business customers. To apply for credit terms, you'll need to provide business references and allow a credit check. Standard terms are Net 30. New customers typically start with prepayment and can apply for terms after establishing a payment history with us.

Printing Services

Screen Printing: Best for bulk orders (100+ pieces) with simple designs. Uses stencils and ink pushed through mesh screens. Limited to 6 colors per design. Very cost-effective for large quantities. Vibrant, durable prints.

DTF (Direct-to-Film) Printing: No minimum order. Full-color, photo-quality prints. Design is printed on film then heat-pressed onto garment. Great for complex designs, gradients, and small batches. Slightly higher cost per piece but no setup fees.

Our team can help you choose the best method based on your design, quantity, and budget.

We accept multiple file formats:

  • Vector files (preferred): AI, EPS, PDF, SVG - best for screen printing and embroidery
  • High-resolution raster: PNG, JPG, TIFF - minimum 300 DPI
  • PSD files: Layered Photoshop files

For screen printing, vector files are preferred. For DTF, high-resolution PNG or JPG works well. If you don't have a design, our design team can create one for you (additional fee applies).

Yes! We can match Pantone colors for screen printing and embroidery. This is especially important for branded merchandise where color accuracy is critical. Provide your Pantone color codes when submitting your design. For DTF printing, we use CMYK process but can get very close to most colors.

Color limits vary by printing method:

  • Screen Printing: Up to 6 colors per design (more colors available with additional setup)
  • DTF Printing: Unlimited colors - full-color, photo-quality printing
  • Embroidery: Up to 15 thread colors per design

Shipping & Delivery

Production Time:

  • Standard: 5-7 business days
  • Rush: 2-3 business days (additional fee applies)

Shipping Time (US):

  • Standard Ground: 3-7 business days
  • Express: 1-3 business days
  • Overnight: Next business day

International shipping times vary by destination. Contact us for specific international shipping estimates.

Yes! We ship to customers worldwide. International orders are shipped via DHL, UPS, or FedEx depending on destination and customer preference. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. Shipping times vary by country, typically 5-14 business days. Contact us for a shipping quote to your specific location.

Shipping is calculated based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and chosen shipping method. We use real-time rates from our shipping partners. Standard ground shipping within the continental US is included in most quotes. Expedited and international shipping will be clearly listed as additional costs in your quote.

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package in real-time through the carrier's website or app. We also send updates at key stages: order confirmation, production start, shipping notification, and delivery.

Products & Quality

We offer a variety of high-quality materials:

  • 100% Cotton: Soft, breathable, comfortable
  • Tri-Blend (Cotton/Poly/Rayon): Lightweight, vintage feel
  • 50/50 Cotton/Poly: Durable, less shrinkage
  • Performance Poly: Moisture-wicking, athletic wear

Each product listing specifies the exact material composition. If you have specific material requirements, let us know and we can recommend suitable options.

Most of our cotton garments are pre-shrunk or treated to minimize shrinkage. However, some minimal shrinkage (1-3%) is normal for cotton products, especially after the first wash. We always recommend washing in cold water and tumble drying on low heat to maintain the best fit. For critical sizing, we recommend ordering a sample first.

Our standard size range is XS to 3XL for most items. Some products also offer 4XL and 5XL. We provide detailed size charts for each product to help you choose the right fit. Sizing is unisex unless specified otherwise. If you need youth sizes or extended sizes not listed, contact us - we may be able to source them for you.

We stand behind our products 100%. If you receive defective items, printing errors, or quality issues, we'll replace them free of charge. Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. For custom printing orders, we send a digital proof before production - approval of this proof confirms you're satisfied with the design placement and colors.
